HH Studios Opens to Great Fanfare, also Bloodshed

Hamsterdam Hill Studios, also known as HH Studios after the initials of its founder, opened to a throng of drunk onlookers late Friday afternoon.

The film company is solely owned and operated by Mayor Henry Harrington and his band of evil crows.

“Crows are a fine workforce,” said the mayor at the grand opening, flanked by his avian minions. “They are very smart, and also loyal. They rarely go for the eyes. NO CAMILLE, NO!!”, the budding entreprenuer cried as his favorite assistant began aggressively pecking at his eyeballs.

"A mere fluke, is all!!” said the politician, as he swatted wildly at the crow, who continued its assault on his eyes unabated. “I TELL YOU, MY THRALLS ARE VERY WELL BEHAVED, AND WE SHALL PRODUCE THE FINEST FILMS IN THE LAND!! GOOD LORD CAMILLE, I NEED THOSE!”

The press conference swiftly ended as several human assistants hastily dismantled the stage, and attempted to thwart Camille’s best efforts to pry their bosses’ eyes loose.

The mayor has hastily cancelled all upcoming public engagements, and all attempts to contact him have been met with messages from aides, ensuring that the Mayor “continues to have a hale and hearty face, especially the eye parts!”.
